Do you offer gift boxes?
Every item comes packaged in a woden gift box with care. It is convenient for keeping the item and for gifting it.

What materials are commonly used for personalized jewelry?
I use high quality materials. Natural stone beads only, natural leather and stainless steel engraving base in silver, gold and black (does not change color and does not rust)

How can I add personalization?
Each customizable product has a "text area" for your personalization. Describe your engraving in detail. Product photo is an example, you can customize this one however you want yourself. Anything you write will be engraved.

Is there a limit to the number of characters for engraving?
It all depends on the product you chose. If there are restrictions, you will see this in the options of each product. But please note that the more characters, the smaller the font will be.

Can I personalize both sides of a piece of jewelry?
There are many designs that can come with option for both sides engraving (front and back). You can see it in the option at the step of adding to cart or during ordering.

What size should I order?
Measure the wrist a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper.
Wrap it around the wrist where the bracelet will be worn. Use the measured length to determine the size option. Keep in mind the desired fit – snug or slightly loose.
For adjustable bracelets will fit any wrist from 6.5 to 9 inches. You don't need to know the exact size.

Can you rush my order?
If you need something by a certain date, please let me to contact. I'll try our best to accommodate your request - but I cannot offer a guarantee as handmade process can be influenced by many factors that I cannot foresee.

Can I make changes to my personalized order after placing it?
It is possible to change (delivery address / personalized text / size / style etc.) before the item is shipped. Pleace contact me. Once you have received the tracking number, it is impossible to change something.

Is personalized jewelry returnable or exchangeable?
